About Noble Court 1

Noble Court 1 is a homeowners association serving the residents of our small Lake Stevens neighborhood. Our purpose is simple: keep our community safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for every neighbor, whether they've been here thirty years or thirty days.

We believe a great neighborhood is built on three things: open communication, careful stewardship of shared spaces, and a real sense of belonging. Everything the HOA does flows from those values.

Your dues fund landscaping, common area maintenance, community events, insurance, and a small reserve for unexpected repairs. Every dollar is accounted for in our quarterly budget reports.
